SHIPPING
When do you ship my order?
We usually ship your order within 1–2 business days.
You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as it’s on the way.
Please note that we don’t ship on weekends or public holidays.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location and shipping method.
In Germany, standard shipping takes 1–3 business days, and express usually arrives next day.
International orders take 4–12 business days, or 1–3 days with express shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
Which carrier do you use?
Within Germany we ship with DHL Germany. International orders are shipped with UPS.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can check the status anytime using that link.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the package is out, we can’t change the address.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (where available).

I didn’t get a confirmation email — what now?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If it’s not there, contact us with your name and email used during checkout.
We’ll re-send the confirmation right away.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll do our best to make changes or cancel it for you.
Once it’s shipped, we can’t make any changes.
Can I get an invoice for my order?
Yes — your invoice is automatically emailed once the order is shipped.
If you didn’t receive it, please check your spam.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can return unused products within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, simply email us at [your support email] with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll guide you through the next steps and send you the return address.
Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.
Make sure to keep your return tracking number and receipt.
What if my item arrived damaged?
If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Send us your order number and clear photos of the damage.
We’ll take care of it and send a replacement or refund if needed.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are usually processed within 5 business days.
You’ll get an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
It may take a few more days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.
Warranty & Support
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all CobraTether cables come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
This does not cover damage from misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling.
How do I report a defective cable?
Before your send us your case, please visit our knowledge base and send us all the necessary info and screenshots described in there so we can help you as fast and best as we can.
What’s your support process?
We aim to respond to all support requests within 1–2 business days.
Our team will help troubleshoot the issue and offer a solution — whether it’s guidance, replacement, or a refund.
Products & Compatibility
Which cable works with my camera?
Most modern cameras with a USB-C or USB-MicroB port work with our CobraTether USB-C cables.
If you're unsure, check your camera's manual or send us a message — we're happy to help.
What’s the difference between straight and angled connectors?
Straight connectors are best for open ports with space around them, while angled connectors help reduce strain and keep things tidy in tight setups.
It’s mainly about your shooting style and port position.
Do your cables work with phones or tablets?
Some of our cables like the 5M which is bidirectional, works with tablets and phones.
For our unidirectional cables we only recommend using them with photo cameras.
